WHAT IS CONGRESS?
A gathering made by students, passed from one generation to the next.
The Australasian Student Architecture Congress presents Weaving 2026: A six-day events program shaped by place, space, knowledge, connections and futures, Weaving asks how a collective and connected architecture discipline might be made here, together.
The Australasian Student Architecture Congress (ASAC) is a biennial event that has dated back to 1963. Ever since, an organised mass gathering of architecture students has happened somewhere around Aotearoa or Australia every two years.
