01About this site
weaving.nz is published by the volunteer committee organising Weaving 2026, the 2026 Australasian Student Architecture Congress. Using the site means accepting these terms.
02Tickets
This site takes no payment. Every ticket link hands off to Humanitix, and your purchase is governed by Humanitix’s terms and by the refund policy shown on the listing you buy from. Full congress tickets are refundable up to 90 days before the event; conference-day tickets up to 30 days before. If the congress is cancelled, tickets are refunded.
03Programme changes
As a volunteer-organised event, occasional changes to the programme, speakers or venues may be necessary. Dates, times, speakers and locations on this site are the best information we have on the day it is published, not a guarantee.
04Code of conduct
ASAC and Weaving 2026 is an entirely volunteer, not-for-profit organisation. It is the responsibility of all congress attendees to help generate a welcoming, inclusive and creative environment — the symbiotic conditions required for congress. Support your peers, respect our venues and hosts, and follow the directions of organisers at all times.
Weaving 2026 reserves the right to refuse admission, or to require a participant to leave any event at any time without refund, if their behaviour is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory or seriously disruptive.
05Risk and liability
Participation in the activities of congress week, including workshops, activations and festival days, is at your own risk. While ASAC and Weaving 2026 takes reasonable care in organising the event, participants remain responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, ASAC and Weaving 2026 accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury arising from participation.
06Photography
Photographs and video may be taken during the event for use in ASAC and Weaving 2026 publications, promotional material and academic research. By attending, you consent to this use. If you prefer not to appear, let an organiser know and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
07Content and copyright
Text, design and original artwork on this site belong to ASAC and the Weaving 2026 committee. Archive photographs remain the property of their photographers and are reproduced here for the congress’s own historical record; if an image is yours and you would like it credited differently or removed, get in touch.
You are welcome to quote and share this site. You are not welcome to reproduce the identity or the archive material for commercial purposes without asking.
